The tower is crucial to identify a Coptic church.  Outside Egypt, it is rare to find bells in towers in respect to neighbors.  However, many churches in Egypt still have bells hanged inside the church tower.  Old times and still now in Egyptian Coptic monastery, these bells are crucial to invite the congregations to come to church whenever a liturgy or a prayer starts.
