The Deacons' Room

El Shamamsa

• Often located on the left side of the Altar and preferably enclosed with walls and doors.  It contains wardrobe to hold all deacons' Tonias and Stoles.

• It is greatly appreciated to design a lavatory for washing of hands and for utensils preparation.

• This room also usually contains a small refrigerator to store the wine bottles used for the liturgies
